HEAD AND HEART is an international personnel consultancy that supports companies in the search, selection and development of executives. Founded in 2006 as a sole proprietorship and license partner of STEINBACH & PARTNER, HEAD AND HEART is now an EXECUTIVE SEARCH and LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT group of companies operating in many countries - still under the leadership of the BECKER and VANGELIS families.

Through our cooperation with COFYMI, we source our coffee from a young roasting company that supports a ChildFund project for sustainable food security in Ethiopia. This project is also supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development.
COFYMI donates €1 per kilo of coffee roasted to the child protection organization ChildFund Germany.
As part of a "gingerbread house challenge", each of our employees was able to build a gingerbread house, which we then released for evaluation on the Internet. The prize for first place: a budget of €1,000 as a donation for a charitable cause. The builder of the prize-winning house then chose the non-profit organization aufwind e.V., which supports prematurely born, seriously and chronically ill children and young people and their families. A donation of €1,000 will help affected families to make their lives a success.
